A Crueza da Forma de Ana Flâneuse, da artista Ana Norogrando (Brasil, 1951), é uma plataforma em que a artista busca atingir uma realidade material mais transparente do objeto de arte. Através de uma estratégia feminista de flanâncias (ato de passear), que a artista vem pondo em curso através de suas viagens entre o Brasil e Portugal onde vive e trabalha, assim como outros países, Norogrando se auto atribui através do título da exposição, um nome ficcional, propiciando assim ao espectador um olhar distanciado da figura mítica do artista genial. Assim, ao adotar o termo flâneuse como sobrenome, “Ana Flâneuse” passa agora a ser a autora das obras. A exposição é então usufruída através dessa agente ficcional promovendo uma desobediência da forma canônica, que se reflete na mitologia criativa como a genialidade, alterando assim nossa percepção das noções de trabalho artístico para um lugar de intervenção no mundo dos objetos, imagens e formas. As obras de Norogrando apresentadas nesta exposição situam-se entre os meandros do antropomorfismo, a abstração e a simulação da imagem, características estas obtidas através de sua circulação pela paisagem, seja urbana, pelos mecanismos de transporte locais ou transnacionais ou através do deslocamento programático do estúdio para o espaço de exposições durante a construção da obra. Nesta abordagem as obras da artista podem ser situadas dentro de uma estratégia de deriva, especialmente em virtude do exercício consciente de uma psychocartografia do deslocamento emocional sugerido ao espectador pelo espaço da Galeria Museológica do Fórum Cultural de Emersinde.
The Rawness of Ana Flâneuse’s Form, by the artist Ana Norogrando (Brazil, 1951), is a platform in which the artist seeks to achieve further transparency for the material reality of the art object. Through a feminist strategy of flânerie (the act of strolling), which the artist has been implementing through her travels between Brazil and Portugal where she lives and works, as well as other countries, Norogrando attributes herself a fictional name through the title of the exhibition, thus providing the viewer with a detached look at the mythical figure of the genius artist. Thus, by adopting the term flâneuse as her surname, “Ana Flâneuse”, she now becomes the author of the works. The exhibition is then looked upon through this fictional agent promoting some disobedience of the canonical form that are reflected in the creative mythology of the artists as a genius, thus altering our perception of notions of artistic work to a place of intervention in the world of objects, images and forms. Norogrando’s works displayed in this exhibition are located between the intricacies of anthropomorphism, abstraction and image simulation, characteristics obtained through her circulation through the landscape, whether urban, through local means of transport or transnational or through the programmatic displacement from the studio to the exhibition space during the construction of the work. In this approach, her works can be situated within a strategy of drift, especially due to the conscious exercise of a psychocartography of emotional displacement suggested to the viewer by the space of the Museological Gallery of the Emersinde Cultural Forum.
